— Recent praise from a happy customer.
Hi,
Thank you for your help.
I don’t think I want to pay 10% restocking plus the shipping. I will just return it for a refund.
Would it be the same RMA#? Please advise.
Thanks,

In the past S******** has offered what we call a Rider Fit Profile for $150 (refunded with the purchase of a frame or complete bicycle) that we would use to guarantee “accurate” fitting. The problem, even when it cost $150, was that customers would always try to measure themselves without any help and the measurements would always come out wrong. Well, now that the Rider Fit Profile is free, the amount of shitty measurements coming in has skyrocketed. Go figure. Here’s my new favorite: Customer Name: J******* Customer E-mail: K*********@yahoo.com Body Measurements Age & Gender: 36 year old Male Weight: 165 Lbs. Height: 5’9” (175cm) Torso length: 57 Inches True inseam: 24.5 Inches Upper leg length: 24 Inches Shoulder width: 24 Inches Arm length: 25.5 Inches Flexibility: Can place palms on floor Shoe size: 8 US Shoe brand: not specified The photo you see above is what the computer suggested he ride given the measurements he gave us.

Do you mean a 26” wheel or a 26” frame?

Response to the following question:
Hi, would you be able to tell me a little more about what you’re looking for? We have quite a few different bikes with disc brakes. Do you know what size you’re looking for? Did you have a budget? Are you looking for a complete bike? Frame? Custom build?
