My current go-to bike - Niner EMD. Highlights include Industry9 wheels, a Fox Terralogic fork, Formula R1 brakes, and a full XT drivetrain. Depending on the conditions I’ll have a dropper post and the Geax Gato tires you see there or a Thomson and a Kenda Nevegal/SM8 combo.

A Bianchi Volpe I had ages ago. Took many a long ride on this beauty.
